Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate sales reports and project updates as required.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer proposal requests and bid opportunities.
  • Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, determine pricing strategies, and approve large project proposals.
  • Draft and submit professional, well-structured proposals.
  • Follow up on all sales leads in a timely and effective manner.
  • Actively promote GSSC and its range of products and services through networking, social media, and other channels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports for management.
  • Submit completed sales orders and project notes promptly to the appropriate processing and technical teams.
  • Deliver sales presentations to customers and management as needed.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products and services.
  • Collaborate with management to continually refine and enhance competitive pricing structures.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, a continuous learning mindset, strategic thinking, and strong leadership in alignment with GSSC Core Values and corporate culture.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the security industry.
  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
  • Commitment to uphold GSSC’s core values.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, personable, and well-organized.
  • Strong customer service skills, both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms; experience with Q360 software is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility as an effective listener, problem solver, and leader.
  • Adaptable and flexible with a demonstrated ability to navigate and lead through change in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience in collaborating with sub-contractors.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with measurable success metrics.
