Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients within the print and packaging industry through targeted prospecting efforts.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

  • Prepare and conduct compelling sales presentations that clearly demonstrate product features and advantages.

  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, skillfully closing sales agreements that align with both client needs and company objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns that drive business growth.

  • Maintain accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to track progress toward sales targets and inform management decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.

  • Demonstrated success in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the print and packaging sector.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Proven ability to establish and nurture strong client relationships over time.

  • Highly self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset and the ability to work autonomously.

  • Strong negotiation skills with a history of successfully closing sales deals.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities independently.

  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage client information and sales pipelines efficiently.

  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals successfully.

  • Solid understanding of print and packaging products, including technical features and industry applications.
