Position Overview
As a Sales Executive at ADP, you will lead a team of field-based sales professionals who offer ADP’s industry-leading solutions—including payroll, tax, HR, and benefits services—to new and existing clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, fostering internal and external relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include team leadership, strategic planning, recruitment and development of sales talent, and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies and tools. Success in this role means guiding your team to exceed goals while creating an environment of accountability, growth, and excellence.

What You’ll Do

Drive Growth: Lead your sales team within an assigned geographic territory to close deals, acquire new clients, and meet or exceed sales goals.

Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction, motivation, and day-to-day support to your team. Ensure adherence to Salesforce Automation System protocols and maintain compliance through regular audits.

Talent Development: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Sales Associates. Deliver ongoing performance feedback and coaching to help them succeed and grow.

Be the Face of ADP: Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, seminars, and other public forums. Stay up to date on ADP’s solutions and technology.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications

Sales Leadership: Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience. Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships.

People Leadership: Strong interpersonal and coaching skills. Comfortable providing feedback and guiding professional development.

Integrity & Reliability: A dependable leader who delivers on commitments and builds trust.

Organizational Skills: Strong planning and multitasking abilities to manage various priorities and stakeholders.
Education & Experience

A college degree is preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience includes:

2+ years of B2B sales or sales management with a strong track record, OR
-
Military experience—valued for discipline, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary for this role ranges from $76,100 to $164,600 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation may include bonuses, equity, or commissions. Benefits include:
