Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the firearms wholesale industry

  • Design and implement targeted sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales goals

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through outstanding service and responsiveness

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including accurate and timely order entry and follow-up

  • Stay current on product lines, industry developments, and applicable firearms regulations to better serve customers and answer technical questions

  • Conduct a minimum of 60 outbound sales calls per day to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals

  • Participate in daily sales meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training sessions to continually enhance skills and knowledge


Required Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills, with experience fostering long-term customer relationships

  • Prior experience in inside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or telemarketing is highly preferred

  • Proficient in using CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, for managing pipelines and customer data

  • Experience with outbound call strategies and technology-driven sales techniques

  • Background in customer service or business development that reflects a commitment to client satisfaction and retention
