Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize a variety of channels—such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking—to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

  • New Business Development: Target new client segments and market opportunities, actively managing and expanding a pipeline of qualified prospects.

  • Cold Outreach & Positioning: Engage prospective clients through consistent outbound efforts, effectively communicating the value of Tabush Group’s IT solutions.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the initial phases of the sales funnel.

  • Lead Management & Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on leads to ensure timely engagement and conversion, while developing long-term relationships for future sales opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on prospecting, lead generation, and business development; experience in legal, construction, or financial services sectors is highly preferred.

  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to closing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasion and relationship-building.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales enablement tools.

  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.

  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
