Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in both new and existing markets.

Proactively identify and engage prospective clients to expand the customer base.

Stay current with industry trends and market developments.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of contemporary market demands and consumer preferences.

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with design, production, and sourcing teams to negotiate optimal costs and deliver high-value solutions.
Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales, preferably within the fashion industry.

Demonstrated experience in business development and sales across ladieswear, menswear, and sleepwear (experience in children’s wear is advantageous but not required).

Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, combined with strong process management and sales leadership capabilities.

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Extensive industry network and a high degree of business insight.

Established or recent relationships with major retail partners.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
