About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives responsible for selling ADP’s comprehensive solutions—including payroll, tax, HR, and benefits—to both new and existing clients. Your leadership will be critical in guiding your team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coordination with clients, prospects, internal support, and your team.
Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth while developing your sales team within your assigned territory.

Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to your sales team, ensuring effective use of Salesforce and adherence to compliance audits.

Recruit, hire, and train sales associates, offering continuous coaching and career development support.

Represent ADP at field events, trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars, staying up to date on product innovations.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Proven success in business-to-business sales (minimum 2 years), with excellent client interaction and presentation skills.

Strong relationship-building abilities with a passion for coaching and motivating others.

Integrity and reliability as a trusted advisor who consistently delivers on promises.

Exceptional planning, multitasking, and time management skills to execute effective sales strategies.
Qualifications

A college degree is preferred but not required. Relevant experience, such as:

Two or more years of B2B sales or sales management with a proven record of closing deals and managing territories, OR
-
Military experience—valued for discipline, commitment, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary range: $76,100 – $164,600 per year (varies by location, experience, and skills)
