What You’ll Be Doing

Identify and cultivate new personal insurance business opportunities through a variety of referral networks including wealth advisors, banks, law firms, accountants, and other strategic partners.

Lead personal insurance cross-sell efforts within your local office and across the broader PayneWest network.

Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to connect directly with prospective clients.

Participate in our structured development program to gain deep expertise in identifying and reducing client risk.

Use your training and business knowledge to drive revenue growth and build a strong book of business.

Collaborate closely with your Client Relations team to ensure consistent, high-quality service and communication for your clients.

Compensation and Perks
We offer a competitive compensation package that recognizes your expertise, effort, and performance. The base salary for this position ranges from $61,000 to $113,600 annually, depending on factors like experience, education, certifications, location, and skills.
In addition to base pay, this position includes:
