Specific Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Support:

  • Assist the Retail Sales team in driving growth within The Home Depot account, ensuring annual sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Retail Sales Team, Product Management, Channel Marketing, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Home Depot teams.
  • Support Account Management by preparing customer presentations for Product Line Reviews, Rapid Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other key meetings.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for sales enablement requests, ensuring timely and efficient execution of deliverables.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends and growth opportunities, summarizing insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Develop and utilize market intelligence, including competitive insights, to guide business strategies.

Operational Management:

  • Monitor and resolve drop-ship pricing holds in collaboration with Home Depot merchants.
  • Manage price changes, rebate tracking, and price cancellations.
  • Track and audit promotional submissions and credit memos to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Digital Sales (HD.com):

  • Oversee onboarding and maintenance of new SKUs, ensuring accurate pricing and timely syndication.
  • Manage and enforce IMAP (Internet Minimum Advertised Price) compliance on a weekly basis.
  • Optimize online fulfillment by coordinating with syndication teams and Home Depot partners.

Store & Field Support:

  • Analyze SKU performance and store clustering trends to provide data-driven recommendations for in-store initiatives.
  • Support store-related activities, including buybacks, WIP (Work in Progress) file updates, and other operational needs.

Construction Resources & Home Depot Pro:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with Construction Resources (CR) dark store platforms, driving growth through training and strategic tools.
  • Expand the Home Depot Pro channel by onboarding resources and optimizing operational tools.

HDDC (Home Depot Design Center) Support:

  • Maintain and support the relationship with the Home Depot Design Center (HDDC) merchant.
  • Collaborate with wholesale account managers to address punch list items and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Regional and national travel may be required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in sales, sales operations, or analytics-related roles preferred.
  • Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a diverse audience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Proven ability to work cross-functionally, foster teamwork, and drive results through data-driven decision-making.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism, tact, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
