Role Overview:
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth across your territory by developing a deep understanding of:

Dräger’s full range of medical products and their clinical, operational, and financial value

Supporting services offered by Dräger

Competing solutions and key market dynamics including ISO, MVS, and IDN sales strategies

Customer challenges and workflow requirements

The complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify prospects, align Dräger solutions to meet customer needs, demonstrate products, generate quotes, and close deals.

Engage with clinical and technical stakeholders to effectively position the value of Dräger’s solutions.

Manage the entire sales cycle, meeting or exceeding assigned quotas across all product categories.

Provide post-sale follow-up and ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Collaborate with the Business Development Director to implement sales initiatives and support strategic growth plans.

Share key insights regarding competitive activity, customer trends, and market opportunities with internal teams.

Work cross-functionally with service, support, marketing, and capital sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including lead tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting using CRM and quoting systems.

Execute other duties as assigned in alignment with business needs.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required (MBA a plus), or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience; clinical sales or applications experience is highly desirable.

Background in strategic, consultative, or complex selling preferred.

Strong analytical, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Proven consultative sales skills – able to align solutions with customer needs and articulate clinical and business value.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM platforms, and quoting tools; experience with SAP is a plus.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a matrixed sales organization and drive accountability toward sales goals.
Compensation:

Base Salary: $65,000
-
Uncapped Commission structure
-
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 annually at 100% quota, with unlimited earning potential based on performance
