Who You’ll Work With

Slalom’s DC market is looking for a talented Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive to drive business success by managing a growing, profitable book of business. This individual will act as a trusted partner, creating and executing tailored business plans and establishing predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates will thrive in our people-first culture and have a passion for identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand.
What You’ll Do

Identify, lead, and close client opportunities at all stages of the sales lifecycle.

Drive revenue and meet sales targets through effective partner engagement, business development, internal collaboration, and marketing strategies.

Develop strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones.

Collaborate with account and practice leaders to enhance sales strategies, lead business development efforts, and create account plans.

Build new client relationships and support the growth of existing accounts.

Prospect and qualify client opportunities across the full consulting portfolio, including technology, data, and business advisory services.

Leverage the networks of our consultants to uncover new opportunities.

Organize and host Slalom marketing events.

Establish, manage, and nurture relationships with key executives and stakeholders.

Build and execute customized business plans with a focus on predictable sales processes.
What You’ll Bring
-
7+ years of experience in account management, business development, and professional services/consulting.

A passion for sales and technology.

Experience in industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, and media is highly preferred.

Strong ability to partner with clients, understand their needs, and recommend valuable solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Experience with the RFP process, budgeting, and project management.

Proven collaboration and team-building skills.

Highly organized with excellent prioritization and negotiation abilities.

Strong process orientation and the ability to work effectively with virtual teams.

Experienced in building relationships with executive leaders (CXOs) and business decision-makers.

Compensation and Benefits
Slalom invests in its employees’ well-being, offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes meaningful time off, paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with company match, and subsidized health, dental, and vision coverage. Additional perks include adoption and fertility assistance, short- and long-term disability, a yearly $350 reimbursement for well-being-related expenses, and discounts on home, auto, and pet insurance.
Slalom values fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for the Sales Executive position is $113,000 to $150,000, and for the Senior Sales Executive, it’s $134,000 to $165,000. Both roles are eligible for bonuses. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and location. The salary range is subject to change.
