Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales Management Trainee to join our Houston team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to develop sales expertise and grow into leadership positions. You will gain hands-on experience, build persuasive communication skills, and learn the fundamentals of team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands at on-site promotions, retail locations, and live marketing events

  • Build rapport with customers and identify their needs through engaging conversations

  • Deliver compelling product/service presentations and upsell when appropriate

  • Achieve daily and weekly sales goals while contributing to overall team performance

  • Participate in leadership development workshops and on-the-job coaching

  • Support and mentor newer team members as you gain experience
