Responsibilities:

  • Guide, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and surpass individual and team sales targets.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and processes to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, address performance gaps, and coach underperforming team members to achieve high performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
  • Actively participate in sales calls, review deals, and support email campaigns to provide real-time coaching and guidance.
  • Lead team meetings, sales training sessions, and product knowledge training to promote continuous learning and professional development.
  • Develop and implement effective sales training programs and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create and execute integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency.
  • Accurately forecast sales and track progress toward targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong team relationships, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Recognize and reward top performers to motivate and incentivize the team.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of proven success in sales, consistently exceeding targets.
  • 4+ years of experience managing and leading a high-performing sales team.
  • Experience building successful outbound programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales professionals, including improving the performance of underperforming individuals.
  • Strong understanding of the MEDDPIC sales methodology, best practices, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-directed with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in using data to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong desire to mentor and develop individuals, with a hands-on approach including joining calls, reviewing deals, and providing feedback on email campaigns.
