Excellent opportunity for a driven and highly motivated Sales Manager/Account Executive with experience in managing high-value insurance claims for institutions that cannot afford downtime. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a strong background in the insurance field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-value insurance claims for institutions such as healthcare, education, and government agencies in the greater Houston area.
  • Ensure swift and efficient claims processing to minimize downtime for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare, education, and government sectors.
  • Be prepared to travel and respond quickly to water damage incidents along the Gulf Coast.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in handling large loss insurance claims, particularly for institutions that require minimal downtime.
  • Background as an insurance adjuster or significant experience in the insurance industry with a comprehensive understanding of the claims process.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable with a track record of success in a challenging and competitive industry.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, particularly with healthcare, education, and government agencies in the greater Houston area.
  • Prior income of $150,000 or more in a variable compensation plan and a strong drive to earn well beyond that.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to be in the field developing facility relationships in the Houston area.
  • Ready to travel and respond to water damage incidents along the Gulf Coast.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling, networking, attending trade shows, and traveling up to 50% of the year.
  • Ethical, hard-working, personable, and able to work well with all team members.
