What You’ll Work On:

  • Identify, develop, and manage opportunities within assigned brokers and consultants.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships at all levels within broker and consultant networks, including owners, sales representatives, and pricing teams.
  • Leverage existing relationships with brokers and consultants in the ERCOT/PJM market.
  • Maintain a revenue quota and actively manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, diplomacy, and tact, ensuring a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including pricing, operations, and legal—to secure new business and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Lead customer meetings and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to assess sales opportunities and define success metrics.
  • Attend key networking events and trade shows to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and stay informed on industry challenges affecting our customer base.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • At least seven (7) years of experience in consultative and/or complex sales.
  • A strong track record in a quota-driven sales environment, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly independent while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
