Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of developing and managing relationships with assigned brokers and consultants.

  • Cultivate deep partnerships at all levels—owners, sales teams, and pricing departments.

  • Leverage existing relationships in key U.S. markets such as ERCOT and PJM to drive business opportunities.

  • Maintain and exceed a revenue quota while managing a healthy and active sales pipeline.

  • Represent Gridmatic with professionalism, diplomacy, and integrity across all client interactions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with pricing, operations, legal, and development teams to secure deals and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Lead client meetings, present Gridmatic’s value proposition, and navigate contract negotiations.

  • Conduct strategic customer appointments to identify sales opportunities and define success metrics.

  • Represent Gridmatic at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to generate leads and stay informed on market challenges and trends.


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in consultative or complex sales, with a strong history of exceeding sales targets.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a quota-driven, high-performance sales environment.

  • Strong prioritization skills and a sharp analytical mindset.

  • Exceptional organizational abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple projects—even under pressure or tight deadlines.

  • A dynamic, self-motivated personality who can work independently and take initiative.


Compensation

Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
(Excludes stock options and performance-based bonuses)

Work Environment
