What You’ll Do

As part of our Sales team, you’ll be in a high-impact, revenue-generating role, responsible for:

  • Driving Sales Performance – Partner with dealerships to forecast retail sales, optimize vehicle orders, and manage scheduling to meet market demand.

  • Retail Development – Advise dealers on operational improvements, analyze financials, and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Brand Alignment – Ensure advertising and marketing efforts reflect Stellantis’ brand standards and messaging.

  • Customer Satisfaction – Champion customer experience and sales satisfaction across dealer networks.

  • Leadership & Motivation – Inspire dealer partners to achieve higher performance while meeting company goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of sales or marketing experience

  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership achievements

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a new car dealership or distributed retail store environment
