About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and optimize our online business across Amazon 1P, direct channels, 3P marketplaces, and brick-and-mortar retailers throughout North America. This 6-month contract supports the Commercial Sales and Digital Marketing teams, collaborating closely with channel marketing and strategic sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee online sales strategies across retail partners and authorized marketplace resellers

  • Drive revenue and support sales initiatives for TD Synnex retailers (3P resellers and others)

  • Analyze historical sales data and trends to forecast demand accurately

  • Monitor market conditions, competitor placement, pricing, and promotions to inform strategy

  • Execute data-driven campaigns to increase online revenue, traffic, and market share

  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns, including SEO, paid advertising, email, and social media marketing

  • Plan and execute national promotions and retailer-specific campaigns

  • Monitor and enhance iRobot’s presence across e-commerce and marketplace channels

  • Support reseller partners to ensure alignment on placement, promotions, and trade policy execution

  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Sales Operations teams for seamless campaign execution

  • Identify growth opportunities and develop innovative strategies to reach target consumers

  • Provide timely insights on market trends, competitor activity, and online sales performance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management or e-commerce, with emphasis on Amazon or similar marketplaces

  • Experience managing resellers or distributor relationships preferred

  • Proven ability to provide accurate sales forecasts and meet targets

  • Proficiency in digital media management platforms and reporting tools

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and consumer behavior

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
