Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and inspire our high-performing MSS (Voice) sales team in Virginia. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on sales execution to expand MCA’s market presence, drive revenue growth, and develop strong customer relationships. The Sales Manager will mentor sales representatives, guide strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with MCA’s core values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue goals.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives across industries such as manufacturing, utilities, transportation, education, and healthcare.

  • Empower your team to engage in the right sales activities, generate leads, and close impactful deals.

  • Provide direct leadership, including one-on-one coaching, ride-alongs, and strategic sales planning.

  • Track and analyze sales performance, maintain a robust pipeline, and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and regional leaders to optimize sales effectiveness.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and Motorola Solutions partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of successful sales experience, including 5+ years in sales management.

  • Industry knowledge in Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a plus.

  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams, drive revenue growth, and exceed targets.

  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Strategic thinker with exceptional organizational, communication, and revenue forecasting abilities.

  • Service-minded leader with high integrity and a focus on ethical decision-making.

  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time across Virginia.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Primarily indoor work with some travel.

  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting; lifting up to 15 lbs; near-vision tasks for reading and computer work.
