Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our remote sales team. This contract role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who can drive strategy, manage operations, and motivate a team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a high-performing remote sales team.

  • Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies.

  • Analyze sales data and provide accurate forecasting to inform decisions.

  • Conduct sales meetings, provide coaching, and facilitate ongoing training.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service standards.

  • Manage CRM systems and prepare sales reports to track team performance.

  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds performance objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategy development.

  • Strong knowledge of sales operations, forecasting, and data analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and client coordination.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Experience in the anti-aging, wellness, or beauty industry is a plus.
