As a Sales Manager – SME Travel Solutions, you’ll drive new business acquisition, deliver customized travel management solutions, and build long-term relationships with corporate clients. This individual contributor role combines consultative sales, technology expertise, and strategic account development.


What You’ll Do

  • Aggressively prospect and document new sales opportunities.

  • Build strong executive relationships with C-Level decision-makers and deliver consultative sales presentations.

  • Conduct in-depth discovery with CFOs, procurement leaders, and travel managers to propose customized travel management solutions.

  • Articulate financial benefits and ROI of proposed solutions using P&L understanding.

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve goals and targets.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to highlight the GBT value proposition.

  • Configure client solutions that meet specific needs and deliver measurable value.

  • Travel up to 50% within your territory to meet clients and prospects.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in SaaS and/or travel consultative sales.

  • Strong ability to generate new sales within a defined territory.

  • Advanced proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

  • Competitive, driven, and adaptable personality, with tenacity for prospecting and closing deals.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

  • Ability to network, expand relationships, and leverage referral opportunities.

  • Understanding of travel management landscape and the ability to position GBT products effectively.


Compensation & Location

Location: New Jersey, United States
Base Salary Range: $88,200 – $163,800 annually, depending on experience and scope.
In addition, this role may be eligible for sales incentives or discretionary annual bonuses based on individual and company performance.
