We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our integrated box business in Augusta, GA. In this role, you will shape sales strategy, drive profitable growth, and deliver exceptional value to our customer base.

📍 Location: Augusta, GA, Atlanta, GA, or Southern South Carolina (relocation assistance available within the U.S.)
💼 Compensation: Competitive base salary + semi-annual variable pay + company vehicle + covered expenses.


What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow our commercial sales team in Georgia.

  • Focus on recruitment, retention, and professional development.

  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships between sales and operations.

Strategy & Growth

  • Drive revenue and profit margin growth through innovative sales strategies.

  • Develop market-driven pricing and business plans.

  • Identify opportunities for transformation and market expansion.

Customer Engagement

  • Build and strengthen customer relationships through value-driven solutions.

  • Apply world-class sales training to deliver customer success.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline tailored to the regional market.

Compliance & Technology

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Leverage Microsoft 365 and CRM Microsoft Dynamics for efficiency.


Basic Qualifications

  • Sales experience in packaging or a related industry.

  • Strong business and financial acumen (pricing, forecasting, analysis).

  • Proven leadership skills with experience coaching high-performing teams.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Corrugated packaging sales management experience.

  • Proven success in executing strategic business plans.

  • P&L management experience.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
