Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a proven track record in sales management, strategy development, and client relationship building. You will oversee a team of sales representatives, implement strategies to achieve targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure CRM systems and sales processes are followed and optimized.
Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and data analysis skills.
