Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a proven track record in sales management, strategy development, and client relationship building. You will oversee a team of sales representatives, implement strategies to achieve targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals.

  • Monitor team performance and provide training, feedback, and support.

  • Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends for growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives.

  • Ensure CRM systems and sales processes are followed and optimized.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • 3+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and data analysis skills.
