Summary
Betaseed and ACH Seeds are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sugarbeet sales and marketing activities across Montana and Wyoming. This role manages a network of Independent Sales Agents, drives market growth, and fosters strong relationships with growers and cooperatives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, support, and manage Independent Sales Agents to achieve annual sales targets in Western Sugar North and Wyoming Sugar markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural staff, growers, and industry partners to promote Betaseed and ACH Seeds hybrids.

Develop marketing strategies including farm visits, plot tours, grower meetings, and industry events to enhance brand presence.

Gather and report feedback on product performance, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Manage sales and marketing operations including inventory, seed allocations, territory management, and testing/trial organization.

Prepare accurate reports, sales forecasts, market plans, and budgets.

Other duties as required to support business objectives.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, Biology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the seed or agricultural industry.

Deep knowledge of sugarbeet production, seed, crop protection, and allied industries.

Proven ability to increase market share while delivering excellent customer service.

Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.

Team-oriented with results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.

Ability to travel frequently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Must pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check.
