About the Role

PebbleTec, a division of Oldcastle APG (CRH Company), is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our presence in Northern California’s swimming pool and backyard industry. You will support existing customers, develop new prospects, and expand market share for Pebble Technology International (PTI) products. This role requires building strong customer relationships while executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue, pricing, and market share objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pool builders, applicators, and key industry stakeholders.

  • Serve as liaison between applicators and pool builders to ensure seamless communication.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and professional presentations on-site.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM software, including opportunities, correspondence, and customer concerns.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.

  • Actively manage call schedules to cover assigned territories efficiently.

  • Generate new customer accounts, including cold calling, to expand revenue.

  • Travel overnight up to 50% of the time as required.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management within construction and/or pool industry.

  • Proven ability to convert prospects into customers and achieve sales quotas.

  • Expertise in formal presentations, product demonstrations, and price negotiation.

  • Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale sales principles, methods, and techniques.

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and similar software.

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and highly organized with strong follow-up skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $85,000 – $90,000
