Position Overview:
We are seeking an Account Manager – US West to drive profitable growth by developing key customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will manage GE Vernova Hydro’s product and service portfolio, focusing on retrofit/repower projects and innovative pumped storage solutions. This is a remote role with 50% travel across the Western US.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales of products, services, solutions, parts, and new equipment across the Western US.

Build and foster relationships with customers at all levels, including C-suite executives.

Develop expertise in industry trends, commercial developments, and competitive landscape.

Analyze data and provide insights to support sales recommendations and decision-making.

Lead small projects, coordinate resources, and build consensus across internal teams.

Represent GE Vernova in industry organizations, events, and boards.

Mentor colleagues and act as a resource for less experienced team members.
Required Qualifications:

Significant experience in sales and customer relationship management.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent experience with 15+ years in relevant roles).

Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to analyze, plan, and execute projects and programs.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $108,600–$144,800 USD/year (plus variable incentive compensation).
