About the Role:
Kohler’s Kallista brand is seeking a Sales Manager – Architecture & Design (A&D) to elevate the brand among ultra-luxury residential and boutique commercial markets. This role focuses on strategic relationship cultivation with high-end designers, architects, and luxury home builders while driving brand advocacy, specifications, and market share.
This position is remote-based in New York with travel to surrounding states and Canada, requiring up to 30% overnight travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development

Develop and execute a market engagement plan targeting high-end residential and boutique commercial projects.

Build deep, trust-based relationships with principals, senior designers, and procurement leads.

Champion Kallista’s artisanal craftsmanship and exclusive collaborations.

Conduct targeted outreach to influential decision-makers shaping iconic luxury projects.
Sales & Brand Advocacy

Influence key specifiers early in the design process to drive inclusion of Kallista products.

Collaborate with marketing on bespoke luxury activations to elevate brand prestige.

Track engagements, CEUs, and events via CRM; refine strategy to maximize market impact.
Thought Leadership & Social Selling

Represent Kallista at premier design events and trade shows.

Build a strong professional presence on LinkedIn and Instagram to engage the design community.

Combine social selling expertise with strategic relationship management.
Product & Market Intelligence

Maintain expert knowledge of Kallista’s portfolio and luxury bath innovations.

Provide insights on product/pricing gaps and competitive differentiation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Align with territory BDMs and other Kohler luxury brand teams to deliver bundled solutions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred.

5+ years of relationship-based sales experience in luxury design or decorative plumbing.

Proven ability to influence A&D specifications on high-end projects.

Strong design acumen and polished presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.

Experience with CRM systems and social platforms aligned with the luxury trade.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $102,100–$127,650 + competitive half-yearly sales incentive bonus
