About the Role:
Cendyn, a leading hospitality technology company headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Sales Manager – Mid-Market to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. This remote role (preferably candidates in FL, AZ, GA, or TX) is ideal for a results-driven, organized hunter with a proven track record in SaaS or cloud-based software sales. You will engage hotel properties, management companies, and other accommodation providers while presenting Cendyn solutions through online demonstrations and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan for Cendyn’s cloud-based software and services, initially focusing on the Knowland Product.

Build and maintain a robust, diversified sales pipeline for potential new customers.

Identify and research target hotel properties and management companies.

Prospect via phone, email, and LinkedIn; respond to inbound leads promptly.

Understand prospects’ business needs and provide tailored solutions using consultative sales techniques.

Apply sales methodologies like MEDDICC to identify key stakeholders, timelines, and decision-making processes.

Prepare and deliver compelling online sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing to implement targeted campaigns within your territory.

Maintain CRM records (Salesforce) for all accounts, leads, and opportunities.

Participate in trade shows and company events to represent Cendyn.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

Proven experience in selling cloud-based software or SaaS solutions.

Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

Strong sales, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
