About the Role

We are hiring a remote Inbound Sales Manager to join our small but high-impact team. Reporting directly to the owner, this full-time role is perfect for someone with a proven background in educational sales, inbound lead strategy, and CRM automation—especially in the college prep or K–12 education sector.

What You’ll Do

Inbound Sales & Outreach

  • Meet weekly outreach quotas for practice tests, parent nights, and inbound leads

  • Conduct sales consultations with families and close new business

  • Follow up with leads through all sales stages; update HubSpot CRM regularly

School & Partner Engagement

  • Identify and pursue partnerships with schools, parent organizations, and IECs

  • Host informative webinars for parents and educators

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of school-based events (marketing, staffing, follow-up)

  • Explore opportunities for group classes and school-paid contracts

  • Maintain strong communication with partners and update them on student progress

CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Manage and organize HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy

  • Build and optimize email templates and automated workflows

  • Use HubSpot reporting tools to track and analyze marketing and sales performance

Onboarding & Program Oversight

  • Onboard new families, schedule sessions, and hand off to tutors with clear notes

  • Serve as the main post-enrollment point of contact for families

  • Collaborate with the Director of Education to ensure progress benchmarks are met

Qualifications

  • Proven success in educational sales (K–12 or college prep preferred)

  • Knowledge of SAT, ACT, and college admissions landscape

  • CRM experience (HubSpot strongly preferred; Salesforce/Zoho a plus)

  • Skilled in marketing automation and email performance tracking

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills via Zoom or in person

  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, startup-style environment

  • Tech-savvy: HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub, Google Workspace, Zoom
