To To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Achieving new sales growth and increasing market share by managing a team of outside sales representatives, offering services to new customers in accordance with IWS’s strategy and operational capabilities.
  • Identifying market and customers’ needs and opportunities (ie: development of partnerships, attending professional events, etc.).
  • Managing and qualifying leads/opportunities.
  • Providing accurate input for sales forecasts and plans.
  • Responsible for the effective market growth in the Central New Jersey Market Area.
  • Managing a team of outside hunter sales representatives, including prioritizing work, assigning territories, tracking results, coaching, planning and running sales meetings and trainings, and managing the commission plan.
  • Actively participate in the development, coordination and execution of the Company’s sales strategy, while also identifying strategic partnering opportunities with appropriate customers.
  • Track progress against goals for each sales representative, provide help and coaching as needed.
  • Review sales proposals prepared by outside sales representatives and make recommendations on equipment, pricing, etc.
