What Will You Be Doing?

As a key member of the Sales Team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving quarterly revenue targets by driving sales from both inbound leads and outbound prospecting within your assigned vertical.
  • Owning the full sales cycle in your territory, from prospecting and discovery to presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and managing all pipeline activities in Salesforce.
  • Engaging and influencing decision-makers, including Directors and C-level executives, to move deals forward.
  • Collaborating closely with teams across Marketing, Sales Development, Solution Engineering, Contracts, and Implementation to drive engagement and navigate the sales journey.
  • Leveraging our advanced sales tech stack—including Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Similarweb—to enhance productivity and ensure precise CRM reporting.
  • Delivering tailored, value-driven solutions by deeply understanding client pain points and effectively communicating our unique value proposition.

This Role Is Perfect for Someone Who:

  • Brings a minimum of 5 years of experience managing consultative sales cycles with enterprise-level accounts.
  • Has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas within a high-value SaaS environment.
  • Can confidently deliver presentations to key stakeholders and executive-level clients.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and values a transparent, customer-centric approach.
  • Bonus: Possesses a solid understanding of digital marketing trends such as SEO, content marketing, PPC, social media, and display advertising.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range for New York City: $90,000 – $125,000, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, equity opportunities, an employee stock purchase plan, and paid sick and parental leave.
  • This role is eligible for participation in our sales incentive plan, with a potential OTE (On-Target Earnings) of up to $250,000, based on final offer and achievement of goals.
  • Compensation may vary depending on location, qualifications, and relevant experience.
