About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Marketing Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and organization. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to develop compelling content and collateral that supports our brand message and fuels business growth.

You’ll report directly to the Sales Enablement/Growth Marketing Lead and support initiatives across all APMC brands—especially Victory+ and Kidoodle.TV.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Collateral & Content Development

  • Collaborate with designers to create branded sales decks, one-pagers, and campaign materials

  • Translate complex data and offerings into persuasive narratives

  • Develop sponsorship packages in coordination with marketing leaders

  • Create impactful content such as:

    • Microsites for launches or campaigns

    • Sizzle reels with video production teams

    • Case studies highlighting success stories

    • LinkedIn content for B2B brand positioning

Market Research & Enablement

  • Gather insights on competitors and market trends

  • Provide internal teams with sales intelligence and audience data

  • Share regular updates and insights with the sales team

Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

  • Create planning calendars and organize marketing assets

  • Track progress and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • Proven experience in sales marketing, content marketing, or communication roles

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging

  • Comfortable with analytics and integrating data into content strategy

  • Organized and proactive with strong project management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
