Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute sales in an assigned group of customers on daily routes, generating orders based on delivery frequency.

  • Merchandize, rotate, and present products on shelves and displays according to procedures and promotions.

  • Organize and maintain backrooms, handle returns, and ensure proper stock rotation.

  • Implement Point-of-Sale materials, promotions, and commercial plans to achieve RED (Right Execution Daily) scores.

  • Build and maintain relationships with store personnel through routine follow-ups, pricing, special programs, and opportunities.

  • Identify and communicate competitive activities or market changes impacting the business.

  • Execute all duties following safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid in-state driver’s license and excellent driving history

  • Proof of insurance (minimum coverage: $50,000/person, $100,000/accident, $50,000 property damage, $500 deductible)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in a physically demanding environment

  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

  • Prior customer service experience in a retail setting

  • Secondary education beyond high school

  • Career-minded, competitive, and high initiative

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced and physically demanding role

  • Exposure to various weather conditions, customer coolers, and non-temperature controlled storage areas

  • Weekends required; flexibility for schedule variations
