Job Summary
This is a key role on our GTST Sales Operations team, directly supporting revenue growth. You will provide data insights that help leadership optimize resources, improve sales productivity, and design quotas and KPIs that drive performance. You will also play a pivotal role in forecasting, reporting, and dashboard development to ensure transparency and efficiency across the business.
Responsibilities
Annual Sales Planning

Support the development of GTST sales strategy and annual operating plan with data insights.

Conduct analyses to guide territory design, coverage plans, resource allocation, quotas, and KPIs.
Program Support & Implementation

Provide reporting and insights for key initiatives and programs.

Track and evaluate program effectiveness and business impact.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Build reporting and dashboards for funnel, forecasting, and trending metrics.

Conduct quarterly reviews of quota attainment and sales team performance.

Maintain reporting systems that highlight trends and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with proven experience in sales performance data analysis.

Proficiency with Tableau (dashboard design preferred).

Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data analysis).

Experience with Anaplan, Salesforce (SFDC), Incent, and Clari preferred.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while working independently.
