What We’re Looking For

  • Motivated, goal-oriented team players

  • Preferably 2+ years of retail sales experience (not required—training provided for the right candidate)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Comfort with using electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens

  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays


Role Responsibilities – Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

  • Warmly welcome and engage customers as they enter the showroom

  • Identify customer needs and help them bring their home furnishing ideas to life

  • Use a consultative sales approach to drive results

  • Build trust through genuine, integrity-driven conversations and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Recommend additional products to complete room designs

  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales goals

  • Clearly explain financing options and protection plans

  • Demonstrate product value and match features to customer needs
