What We’re Looking For

Preferably 2+ years of retail sales experience (not required—training provided for the right candidate)

Role Responsibilities – Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

Warmly welcome and engage customers as they enter the showroom

Identify customer needs and help them bring their home furnishing ideas to life

Use a consultative sales approach to drive results

Build trust through genuine, integrity-driven conversations and excellent interpersonal skills

Recommend additional products to complete room designs
