Position Overview

Join Mondelēz International and play a key role in ensuring our leading brands—including Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit—are well-stocked, represented, and maintained in stores according to company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Mondelēz sales objectives, promotions, and merchandising strategies to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Utilize sales brochures, order guides, and fact-based sales presentations tailored to store demographics and consumer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management, providing value beyond expectations.
  • Ensure adequate product orders to support demand, including incremental racks and displays for Direct Store Delivery (DSD).
  • Manage merchandising resources to optimize store-level sales volume.
  • Work alongside Merchandisers to maintain fully stocked, rotated, and presentable inventory.
  • Handle product credits and disposal of unsellable merchandise.
  • Monitor and report competitive activity and pricing trends, collaborating with Customer Business teams and store management.

Who We’re Looking For

Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs.)
Must reside within 25-35 miles of Biddeford, ME and be able to travel to Saco, ME as needed
Full schedule availability required
