As an Endocrinology Sales Representative, you’ll be instrumental in executing our sales and marketing strategies. You’ll deliver targeted sales presentations to healthcare practitioners in your assigned territory, leveraging all approved marketing materials. Your core objective is to drive product sales through effective business planning and consistent territory coverage. This role requires meticulous administration, adherence to regulatory requirements, and active participation in training and meetings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for your assigned territory.
  • Distribute and meticulously record product samples in line with company policy and PDMA guidelines.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales presentations using approved materials.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of promoted products, disease states, and indications.
  • Conduct proficient sales presentations to current and prospective customers at a defined frequency.
  • Apply Amneal’s selling model and process principles, including the DiSC personality profile, in customer interactions.
  • Perform pre- and post-call analysis to enhance customer engagement.
  • Regularly review sales data and manage developmental budget funds effectively.
  • Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
  • Develop daily call schedules for efficient territory coverage.
  • Complete administrative reports and meet all deadlines.
  • Safeguard company assets (laptop, iPad, vehicle, etc.).
  • Maintain an average of 8+ face-to-face calls per day (40+ per week) with healthcare providers, prioritizing top targets.
  • Log calls immediately into the Veeva System via iPad and check emails daily.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a relevant field is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent healthcare industry sales experience.
  • Skills: Advanced communication and presentation skills are essential.
