Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives within an assigned geographic territory.

  • Distribute product samples and log transactions in accordance with company policies and PDMA regulations.

  • Prepare and deliver accurate, compelling sales presentations using approved materials.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of relevant disease states and product indications to ensure effective customer engagement.

  • Conduct regular sales calls with current and potential healthcare providers, following established frequency and call goals.

  • Apply the Amneal sales process and DiSC personality framework to tailor interactions for optimal customer engagement.

  • Complete detailed pre- and post-call planning and analysis to continuously improve sales effectiveness.

  • Review sales data regularly and allocate developmental budget resources strategically.

  • Stay compliant with all regulatory and internal guidelines.

  • Develop and maintain a daily schedule to ensure comprehensive territory coverage.

  • Complete all administrative tasks, reports, and deadlines accurately and on time.

  • Properly care for company-provided assets, such as laptops, iPads, and fleet vehicles.

  • Maintain a minimum of 8 in-person calls per day (or 40 per week), focused on priority healthcare providers.

  • Record all call activity immediately in the Veeva system and consistently monitor email communications.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field – Required

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent business-to-business sales experience

Skills:

  • Advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities

  • Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into strategic actions


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 annually

  • Eligible for a short-term incentive (bonus or performance-based award) within the first year

  • Final compensation will depend on various factors, including experience, education, geographic location, and skill set
