Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 per year (Base Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + £1,500 Christmas Bonus + Commission + OTE: £35,000 – £45,000 in Year 1)

Role Overview:
We are seeking driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our high-performing sales team. This role is perfect for recent graduates with strong communication skills or experienced sales professionals from B2B, B2C, IT, tech, or recruitment backgrounds. You will focus on generating new leads, booking demos, and driving new business growth in the exciting and rapidly expanding cybersecurity sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through phone-based prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
- Engage with IT and technology leadership, including heads of information security, to showcase our software solutions.
- Schedule and conduct product demos, effectively communicating the value of our security technology.
- Develop expertise in SaaS sales, objection handling, solution selling, and new business generation.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
