We are currently seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Support and Licensing, this individual will play a vital role in assisting our agents through inbound communications—including phone, email, chat, and fax. You will act as a key liaison between our agents and the insurance company, supporting onboarding, quoting, and general servicing of our insurance products.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support to agents.

Guide new agents through the onboarding process, including handling contracting documentation.

Provide daily support to agents across a range of systems, products, and procedures.

Consistently meet or exceed established performance benchmarks.

Perform additional related duties as required to support departmental goals.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, insurance, agency, or brokerage settings.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

College degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
