We’re excited to grow our Customer Experience Team with the addition of a Sales Support Specialist. This pivotal, remote-based role will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and outstanding customer journey from inquiry to delivery.
What You’ll Do:

Be the ambassador of excellent service, handling inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently

Qualify and delegate sales leads, while managing lead generation platforms

Maintain accurate customer records, sales orders, and updates in our CRM system

Process sample and product orders, including quoting, invoicing, and coordinating shipments

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and help them specify our materials effectively

Collaborate with the Sales Team to track leads and customer interactions

Conduct market and performance analysis, contributing to strategic insights

Assist with sales and marketing campaigns, customer outreach, and trade event logistics

Manage social media inquiries and engage with our global audience in a professional tone

Provide system guides and support to the wider sales team

Take on administrative and project-based tasks as required by the Head of Market Engagement
What You’ll Need:

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales/Customer Service (required)

Proven background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with logistics understanding

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Confidence in engaging with customers by phone and email

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., Prospect), and email tools

Familiarity with Xero, Adobe Acrobat, or export/freight processes is a plus
-
Flexible and adaptable attitude with a team player mentality
