About the Role
We’re seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer who is not only technically strong but also passionate about mentoring others and driving high-quality solutions. In this role, you’ll lead a skilled, globally distributed team, contribute hands-on to development, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
You will help shape the architecture, ensure development best practices are followed, and play a key role in maintaining alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design sessions and document scalable Salesforce solutions

Develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce features and integrations

Perform code reviews and enforce development standards and quality controls

Build solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

Coordinate tasks and deliverables with offshore development teams

Champion secure coding practices and participate in security reviews

Utilize middleware tools like Boomi for integration (preferred, not required)

Support sprint planning with accurate technical estimates

Engage in daily standups, planning sessions, and cross-team communications

Timely delivery of secure, reliable Salesforce applications

Strong collaboration between onshore and offshore development teams

High-quality code and effective peer review processes

Positive feedback from stakeholders and alignment with business objectives
Who You Are
-
You have 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with deep knowledge of Apex and SOQL
-
You’ve built and launched Lightning Apps, custom components, and Flows
-
You’re experienced in leading technical projects and development teams

You’ve integrated Salesforce with external systems using OAuth, REST APIs, and possibly middleware tools

You’re an excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional, multicultural environments

You’re located near Boston, or available to work full-time in Eastern or Central Time Zones

Bonus: Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus
