Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations, with a focus on SAP ECC, FIORI, and S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards.

Handle user access provisioning, modifications, and deactivations in accordance with defined approval workflows and security protocols.

Conduct routine audits to identify and address any deviations from security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure SAP security strategies support both operational goals and IT security policies.

Administer SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules, including Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, and Firefighter provisioning.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SAP security roles, policies, procedures, and controls.

Provide expert guidance on SAP security best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance frameworks.

Lead incident response efforts related to SAP security, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventative solutions.

Mentor and train team members on SAP security tools, practices, and evolving industry standards.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in SAP Security Architecture, with a strong emphasis on SAP ECC.

Solid understanding of SAP security principles, role design, GRC frameworks, and compliance practices.

Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and FIORI security models is highly desirable.

Knowledge of relevant security and data protection standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOX.

SAP Security and/or GRC certifications are a strong plus.

Compensation
Pay Range: $80,661 – $118,349
This base salary range is a general estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as job-related experience, skills, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. ASSA ABLOY reviews compensation regularly and reserves the right to adjust this range as necessary.
