Job Summary

The SAP Security Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ASSA ABLOY’s SAP systems. This position supports the implementation and maintenance of comprehensive security measures, manages SAP roles and authorizations, and ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The analyst will contribute to maintaining a secure and efficient SAP environment that aligns with business objectives.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations, primarily within SAP ECC, FIORI, and S/4HANA environments.

  • Manage user access provisioning, modifications, and terminations following established processes and approvals.

  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address deviations from security policies and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP security strategies with business needs and IT policies.

  • Maintain and support SAP GRC modules, including Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, and Firefighter access.

  • Develop and update documentation for SAP security policies, procedures, and role designs.

  • Provide expert guidance on SAP security best practices, risk mitigation, and compliance.

  • Investigate SAP security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

  • Mentor and train team members on SAP security concepts and tools.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Security Architecture, with a strong emphasis on SAP ECC.

  • Solid understanding of SAP security principles, role design, GRC, and compliance frameworks.

  • Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and FIORI security models is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with information security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX).

  • SAP Security and/or GRC certifications are a plus.

Compensation

Pay Range: $80,661 – $118,349
This base salary range represents a reasonable estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will vary based on experience, qualifications, location, and business needs. Compensation ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted accordingly.
