We are looking for a School Business Assistant (Finance) to manage purchase ledger tasks and support essential school administration. This role is perfect for someone with finance experience or strong administrative skills who thrives in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Purchase Ledger Management
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage reception duties, correspondence, and school communications.
- Support school trips, events, and general administration.
- Work collaboratively to maintain smooth school operations.
Requirements
- Experience in purchase ledger or invoice processing (training provided).
- Office administration experience with Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Working Hours & Flexibility
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible start/finish times available).
- Based within a supportive and professional school environment.
