Are you a compassionate and skilled School Nurse looking for a leadership role in an innovative healthcare setting? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to join our Salford 0-19 Universal Children’s Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a defined caseload and delivering high-quality care under the Healthy Child Programme.
As a School Nurse, you will work within a multi-agency framework to support children and young people aged 5-19 in achieving their full potential—physically, emotionally, and socially. You will provide public health services, education, and interventions, ensuring the effective implementation of national programs, including the National Child Measurement Programme and the Immunisation Programme.
