Rochdale Sixth Form College is seeking a dynamic Schools’ Liaison and Events Coordinator to join our Outstanding Ofsted-rated team. This exciting full-time, term-time role (plus two additional weeks) is perfect for a motivated professional eager to make a difference in post-16 education. As a Schools’ Liaison and Events Coordinator, you’ll lead on planning and executing engaging events and outreach activities that connect with local schools, students, parents, and community stakeholders. You’ll also support the college’s marketing efforts and help strengthen its reputation across the region. Role of the Schools’ Liaison and Events Coordinator
As the Schools’ Liaison and Events Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

Organising and delivering transition and outreach events such as open evenings, taster days, and masterclasses.

Acting as the key point of contact for local secondary schools, parents, and prospective students.

Supporting marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and promotion of college events.

Coordinating awards ceremonies, student recruitment activities, and community engagement initiatives.

Building positive, professional relationships with both internal staff and external stakeholders.

Managing event logistics, from scheduling and promotion to evaluation and feedback.

Salary: £26,588 – £29,915 actual (based on scale points 13–17, FTE £29,273 – £32,936)
