Who We Are
Join us at Compass Community School Redwood Park in Milton Keynes as we open a new independent day school. This 90-place school will serve students aged 7-19, all with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH), and many with additional Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
As a trauma and attachment-informed organization, we offer extensive therapeutic training and support to all staff. Our integrated approach places the child at the heart of decision-making, ensuring that educators, therapy professionals, parents/carers, local authorities, and students collaborate to achieve the best possible outcomes.
The Role
At Compass, we prioritize the individual child before the subject. Building strong, nurturing relationships and motivating students is at the core of our teaching. We are seeking a Science specialist to teach across various levels, from Entry Level to GCSE. You will be supported by subject champions who help non-specialists excel in facilitating learning for students.
