The Opportunity

We’re looking for a seasoned Scrum Master III to lead agile transformation across technology teams. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong command of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), team coaching, and experience managing large-scale fintech or software development initiatives.

Your Impact

  • Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more teams

  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and refinement

  • Drive continuous improvement through team metrics and retrospectives

  • Partner with Product Owners and BAs to ensure high-quality, testable backlog items

  • Monitor team dynamics and guide adherence to DoR, DoD, and team agreements

  • Mentor junior Scrum Masters and lead best practice sharing

  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers

  • Support Agile maturity and consistent alignment to program standards

What You Bring

  • 7–9 years of Agile team experience (minimum 3+ years as Scrum Master)

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, or related field

  • Agile certification preferred (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of Agile tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, or RALLY

  • Fintech, card payments, or financial systems background preferred

  • Familiarity with APIs and software delivery lifecycle

  • Experience managing large technology projects (software/hardware)
