Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, and on-page/off-page optimisation. You will play a critical role in driving organic growth and increasing our online visibility through strategic SEO efforts and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content and campaign strategy

Optimise on-page SEO: metadata, headings, internal links, site structure

Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO audit tools to analyse performance and identify opportunities

Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO alignment across all digital content

Maintain and improve technical SEO on the WordPress website

Implement and manage Google Tag Manager for tracking SEO performance metrics

Stay up to date with algorithm updates and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly

Support social media initiatives to increase visibility and drive engagement
Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in SEO (in-house or agency)

Proven track record of improving keyword rankings and organic traffic

Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and keyword planners

Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS principles

Social media management experience is a plus

Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
